​Who We Are

​The Disability Pride Parade Planning (DP3) Committee is composed of a group of grass-roots volunteers from various disability-related organizations and affiliations.  We are individuals with disabiliites, allies, friends and families.  Some have assumed leadership roles at various times, others join the committee in the Spring, when the detailed planning (registration, T-Shirts, performances, etc.) are being chosen, and others volunteer immediately before and during the parade and celebration itself.

​Disability Pride Parade Committee Member, Justin Cooper, passed away on July 9, 2024 at 41 years old.

​Justin was an activist, an artist, and our dear friend. His work within the Disability community, his keen eye for photography and film, his infectious smile, and his giving spirit has touched numerous lives.

We honor Justin's legacy by continuing his work and sharing his spirit with others. He will be profoundly missed.
